Most people see a finished product and ask what it does. We're usually wondering how the whole thing works.
Start with the problem
We don't start by asking what software we can build. We start by asking what is actually broken, inefficient, or unnecessarily difficult.
Build for real people
The people using our products have businesses to run. Every feature should make their day easier, faster, or more professional.
Sweat the details
Small interactions matter. The difference between software that works and software people love is usually hidden in the details.
Think beyond the launch
We care about what happens after something ships. We build, learn, improve, and keep ownership of what we create.
NexaThought is still early.
And that's intentional. We're not trying to look like a 500-person company. We're trying to become the kind of company that eventually doesn't need to pretend.

We kept noticing the same thing: businesses were often working around problems that software should have already solved.

So we decided to build it.
NexaThought started with a simple belief: if something can be made meaningfully better, someone should actually go build it.

Our first product focuses on one overlooked part of running a service business: turning a quote into a customer.
This is where we're starting.
Closely is NexaThought's first product: a proposal platform built for local property and service businesses. It helps owners present their work professionally, win more of the jobs they quote, and collect payment without chasing.
CloselyInteractive proposals, customer management, status tracking, service management and online payments, all built around one simple goal: help the business win the job.
